JOIN MY VINTAGE JOURNEYS WHERE I TAKE TIME TO EXPLORE, PHOTOGRAPH, AND LEARN ALONG THE WAY.------- LIFE IS A JOURNEY AND IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER. 

     I grew up in Minneapolis and have since lived in New York, Colorado, Minnesota, California, Wisconsin, and Florida.  I have a background in human resources and the travel industry. In 1979, my husband and I traveled around the world together. We still love to explore, though now at a gentler and more unhurried pace.

 

I began writing My Vintage Journeys in 2010 and continue to find joy in sharing the places that have touched me. I'm drawn to slow, independent travel --the kind I think of "as traveling the vintage way." Long, leisurely walks, taking photographs, and writing as I go are what bring me the most delight. I often return to places I’ve loved, especially in Europe, where my interests in photography, history, old buildings, and beautiful doors feel most at home.

We are currently spending our summers in Wisconsin and winters in Florida.
